My Nutrisystem Grocery List...

Here is what I always make sure I have on-hand...

Protein:
real bacon bits
white meat turkey dogs (ball park)
turkey sausage crumbles
turkey sausage links
turkey pepperoni
goat cheese
light string cheese
fat free mozarella (shredded)
fat free cheddar (shredded)
fat free half and half
6 pack of already boiled and peeled eggs (yep, I'm lazy)
Kroger Carb Masters Carrot Cake
Yoplait Fat free greek yogurt
Fruit:
Bananas
Berries
Cherries
Apples
Clementines
Veggies:
Mushrooms
Green onions
bell peppers
pablano peppers
celery
cucumber
sliced pickles
sliced jalepenos
lettuce
cabbage
spinach
squash/zuchinni
Cilantro
bread/carb:
light flat outs (tomato or italian)
Earthgrains Sandwich Thins (multi-grain)

Werther's originals sugar-free cinnamon-caramel flavor
sugar-free gum (mint chip is my fave right now)

Torani or Davinci Sugar-free syrup (coconut, caramel, hazelnut, chocolate)
Tea (Revolution: Sweet Ginger Peach Tea, Lavendar Tea)
Rosemary Crushed
Cumin
Italian Herbs
Fat free Salad Dressing, usually Ginger Sesame
