Banana Nut Muffin
The banana nut muffin is served with a peeled and fried apple (Pam, apple, cinnamon, and vanilla) and a scrambled fried egg.
I heated up the muffin for 10 seconds and it was moist and pretty good. I do prefer the Double Chocolate Muffin and the Blueberry Muffin, but that is just taste preference. A delicious breakfast!
Pancake Mix Variations!
Pancake Mix is probably the most versatile and delicious NS option. I rely heavily on the pancakes, often eating them as desserts too.
This is Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix photographed above. Added 1 T. of pumpkin. Wonderful served with strawberries and a fried egg.
Apple cake using Pancake Mix.
First: Spray bottom of Pyrex (or other pan) with Pam and sprinkle with cinnamon
Second: Peel Apple, cut in half and slice 1/2 into very thin slices and finely chop the other half
Third: Layer the slices on the bottom of the pan
Fourth: Mix pancake mix, 3T. of ff half and half, 1/2 t. baking powder, 1T. sf caramel syrup, 1 packet of splend and the chopped apples
Fifth: Pour batter over the apple slices
Sixth: Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
Serve with a protein serving for the full breakfast! Delicious!!!
